Build, fill glass with shaved ice
1 oz fresh lime juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1 oz apple brandy (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
3/4 oz light rum (2 cl, 3/16 gills)
5 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Swizzle until glass frosts
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
