Stir with ice and strain
2 dashes Angostura bitters.
1/2 Italian vermouth. (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 Scotch whisky. (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Stir up, strain into cocktail glass, and squeeze lemon peel on top.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
