Stir with ice and strain
1 small dash Angostura bitters.
1/6 Grand Marnier. (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/6 Pale brandy. (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
2/3 Brown sherry. (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Mix and serve not too iced, with a small piece of pineapple.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
