Shake with ice and strain
1/2 dry gin (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/4 lemon juice (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/8 absinthe (1/2 oz, 1 cl, 1/8 gills)
Teaspoonful powdered sugar
Put a slice of lemon on top
Shake and strain into coloured glass
3 dashes raspberry syrup
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
