2/3 Martini sweet vermouth (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Use mixing tumbler
Half fill with ice and stir till cold
Then strain the cold vermouth into the cocktail glass, in which you have already put the Branca
This is a good pick-me-up
1/3 Fernet Branca (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
