Shake with ice and strain
1 egg white (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
3 dashes anisette
1 teaspoonful fresh cream (4 dashes)
1 glass dry gin (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Shake and strain into medium size glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
