Planter's Punch

Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain
1 1/2 oz dark Jamaican rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (or fresh lime juice) (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/2 tsp sugar (2 dashes)
1 dash Angostura bitters
Fill with ice & soda or water
Add fruit selection
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)

Notes

NOTE: There are many variations on Planter's Punch all calling for combinations of the following ingredients: Jamaica rum (dark), Light rum, orange curacao, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, sugar, grenadine, & bitters. Garnishes include cherry, orange slice, mint, pineapple spear, lemon wedge, lime wedge, etc.
