Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/blend
2 oz pineapple juice (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Blend with lots of crushed ice
Add pineapple spear, cherry
1 tsp coconut snow (optional) (4 dashes)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
