1/4 pound butter (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (2 dashes)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (2 dashes)
1/2 tsp salt (2 dashes)
1/2 tsp cloves & continue to mix (2 dashes)
Whip until fluffy
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
