1 oz lemon (or grapefruit) juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)

( 1/2 oz lemon & 1/2 oz grapefruit juice may be used together as an option) (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
