Build Pousse Cafe-style
1/3 light creme de cacao (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/3 apricot flavored brandy (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/3 cream (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Add cherry on a pick on top of glass
(For special effect, chill ingredients in glass)
Serve in a pousse café glass (1.5 oz)
