Mix
3 oz Port (9 cl, 3/4 gills)
1 oz Cognac (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/2 oz coffee (preheat the above 3 ingredients) (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Beat 1 egg until foamy (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Combine the mixtures into the heated mug
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
