Build
3 oz Muscatel wine in pot or kettle (9 cl, 3/4 gills)
2 oz water in pot or kettle (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1/4 tsp butter in glass (1 dash)
1/2 oz maple syrup in glass (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Heat, but do not boil mixture in pot or kettle
Pour into glass
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
