Description
Typically for a garnish, a spoonful of crushed raspberries in a puree dolloped into a drink. Common in Champagne-based cocktails. Also used whole, dropped onto the surface of drinks, often as a seasonal (Spring) garnish. The basis for syrup, liqueur, and spirit forms used commonly in drinks as well.
