Defunct presumed proprietary aromatic bitters. Nothing specific is known. Speculation that name may generalize for any bitters commonly used in a Manhattan cocktail (e.g. Angostura bitters). Cited in the book Old Waldorf Bar Days (1931) and from latter day sources which referenced that work.
