Description
Generic dehydrated instant beef stock broth & spice in cube form (of about sugar cube size) generally containing corn starch, salt, shortening, vegetable or seed oil, beef protein, spices & often Monosodium Glutamate. Often used in mixed drinks in conjunction with, or in substitution for, tomato juice. Mainly of the Bloody Mary family, also used with beer. Notable drink: the Bullshot. Rarely used in cocktails.
